Green

When I was in middle school, I failed a science test on photosynthesis and had to write a research paper on it to make up the grade. To this day, I am not a science fan, but I understand the general gist of it. Sunlight is necessary for green things to grow; rain is also necessary. However, I wonder, is it necessary for it to rain for days and days and days in a row? This girl needs some sunshine! 

What's your favorite thing to do when it rains? I won't lie, I've been shamelessly binge-watching Game of Thrones all week. In my defense, I've been under the weather, no pun intended. I'm hoping I won't sound like death next week and can continue working on my audiobooks! In the meantime, I will keep sipping my tea while the rain pours down outside. 

Here's to hoping next week is full of bright green and beautiful yellow sunshine that we all miss so much!
