Loretta

It's been a busy week here! Last weekend, we attended the Weird Fair in Lewiston, Maine, where I was a vendor selling my books and attempting not to spend all the money I made on the other vendors' cool and unique products. I met a few other Maine authors and took note of their setups and displays. The supportive nature at these events never fails to blow my mind, especially at this event, where everyone was open-minded and encouraging. As a relatively new author, I appreciate all the advice, tips, and congratulatory remarks made by fellow artists. While the lovely April weather was less than desirable, I'd say it was a good weekend! 

I took Monday off to cocoon into myself after being around so many other humans; my Pisces nature requires days where I am anti-social. I spent the rest of the week engulfed in Loretta's world. Loretta is a certain someone whom I cannot wait to introduce you to! She is the main character in my next book, LORETTA.

I am so excited about this book! Not only is Loretta fun and sexy, she is causing me to delve down a new path: EROTIC THRILLERS! Certainly not for the faint of heart, and not for my parents, I have very much enjoyed writing LORETTA. I found myself trying to pull back a few times, because I thought it was too 'thrillery', and I was planning on writing erotic romance, but when I finally gave in to the nature of the story, I was immediately in love with it!

Erotic Thrillers might be where I find my home as a writer, and I couldn't be more excited! While I have enjoyed writing my ESHA series, I am liking the ability to twist and turn while keeping the sizzle! Stay tuned!
