Summer Fun!

Goodness, it's been two months since I've made a blog post! I have been a busy girl this summer! Not only have I been soaking up every last ray of sunshine possible, I've also been selling my books at craft fairs and maker's markets nearby, in addition to upping my game with social media marketing. Never a dull moment! I am sure my husband is tired of hearing about TikTok! 

In November we moved to a more secluded part of Maine, and we told ourselves we wouldn't camp much but we lied - we've been camping almost every weekend! Have I mentioned how much I love summer?? We've also become bird people, even though I'm currently scolding a hummingbird who keeps flying way too close to my head! I've been growing my own basil and oregano, and my husband has tomato plants that are taking over everything. My little garden reminds me of the time my grandfather helped me plant green beans on stakes in the ground. He was old, hunched over, and perfect... A memory that makes me smile! 

Our new home has flower gardens everywhere and I haven't touched them at all because I am unsure what are weeds and what are flowers. I do not have a green thumb! But I'm enjoying shopping for flowers for my vase every week! I never used to be a flower person, or a bird person, but times are changing! The world speeds by at a pace unlike any other. And I am grateful for life! 

How have you been spending your summer? Oh, yes, I almost forgot - my newest release, LORETTA came out this month! A spicy, life-after-divorce, twisty thriller that's not for the faint of heart! Ma, don't read this one! Haha!
